It’s starting to get a bit confusing I always here advise like eat low GI, 2 grams of proteing per pound of body weight, 2 litres of water a day, no eating after work outs, no sugar and minimal salt and fat consumption.
theres low carb high protein and fat diets, how does that work? doesn’t fat have the highest amount of caloies per gram? how many calories does protein have? And does honey spike insulin levels?
