I’m going to put on my psych hat for a moment and let you know a secret.

If you want to make a difference to your workout it’s the lyrics that are the most important.

Lyrics that imply speed, strenght, power, youth and success should result in a better workout. Lyrics that imply failure, age, weakness etc will have the opposite result.
