I would say your main problem would be dehydration. A 2 hour or so training session (as long as you havent trained the night before and have eaten well) should not tax your reserves to the point where you can not go on. Keep the fluids up early and often during the grading (if you can) and you should be fine. Even a few pasta centric meals the day or two before would increase your carb levels a bit if you really feel the need.
