I used to eat em at night, put on weight too fast.

I do carbs in morning, pre, and post workout. Thats it. Since I train at 4-4:30 I try my best to get my potatos down before 6-6:30pm. Any other meal is just protien and fats with veges.

potatos and oats are really all I have.
