You should be eating protein in every meal so in the end it doesnt matter when you take your shake as long as you get enough every day you will be fine. No need to worry about minor details.
I have 6 meals in me day in day out, year in year out – no shortage of protein here.
No shake is going to “get you results fast” – pick one that suits your goals. (i,e if you have a hard time gaining weight, use a protein that has carbs…if you have a hard time getting lean, use a carb free protein powder)
