Not really sure on this one so if anyone has good references I’d appreiciate them.

My guess is WMS has a GI between 70-80. The combo of dextrose and maltodextrin is more like 110.

The advantage of WMS is due to it’s high molecular weight and the effect of that on absorption through the principles of osmosis.
