Leave the eggs out. Eggwhite has to be cooked for proper digestion. Raw it is nearly useless and a poisoning risk as well.

For a meal replacement I’d mix WPC and CC or the Micellar Milk Protein to try to maintain amino levels.

You don’t have any good fats there. I know that you might be avoiding mixing them with carbs but if not then I’d take a handful of fish oil caps with the shake.
