Why does nobody ask about ‘favorite’ back exercises? 😈

I’ve just gone back to a modified version of german volume training I last used about 3 years ago.

5 sets dumbbell press x 5 reps
supersetted with
5 sets decline flys x 5 reps
1 min rest between supersets

5 sets Gironda press x 5 reps
supersetted with
5 sets pus ups x 5 reps
1 min rest between sets

My vote for best ab exercise is the lying pike which I think is also known as a dragon fly. Hanging pikes are also good but I find it hard to get out more than about 6 reps.
