After the first 8weeks I put on 3kgs, with hardly any waist movement and 1 – 2days light cardio a week (walking, cycling)

I was going to weigh myself again in 2weeks but I’ve just got the flu and have to take a few days off now.

The stretching sucks for the first fortnight, especially the thigh, hamstring and chest stretches. But after you kinda look forward to it.
