I wanna add another stretch !!!

I figure that the traps/shoulders dont get enough stretch from the other DC extreme stretches. So, I’d rate using a standing calve machine – the kind that rests on the shoulders. Use an extra heavy weight – like when stretching calves at the end of a calve raising routine, and hold for 60-90 sec.

What do you think ???
