So let me see if Im getting this, roughly.

Lets say for chest you choose:

A BB press
B DB press
C Dips

You would cycle these 3 from workout to workout eg:

ABC, BCA, CAB. So if you were hitting your chest twice a week, you would complete a cycle once a fortnight.

Taking each set to failure using a weight that lets you get say 12, 6, 2 with 15 deep breaths between sets.

Then moving the weight up slightly for the next cycle and keep plugging away until you get you target of say 20 reps.

Go away, stuff your face and rest.

Mmm, even if Im wrong, I actualy dont mind the look of that….
