Did upper body tonite with the deadlift widowmaker at the end. Bloody hell! Did some research and done the routine properly as per dc instructions. Couldn’t do extras. Not a bloody chance. Only made 18 reps on widowmaker set. Actually had to sit and prop myself up for a good 10 mins after. Whole body was pumped. I like this dc even more now…………
