Well I’m stumped. I find it the most intense training I have ever done. Having to go up in strength for every exercise every workout or lose it, has put alot of pressure on to perform and I think its helped me push through so many plateaus and really understand what training really is.

I read cycles for pennies by DC, and I understand now why he’s aggitated and anxious before gym time, and that guy is pushing 10times what I am.
