Yeah man, Rest pause only, eg bench press 3 x warm up sets 8-10 reps, then 1 rp set 5-4-2-1 reps with 105kg. I’m unable to do another rep. after a couple minutes recovery, I do 1 or two straight sets dumbell press THEN stretch. Not all exercises get it, just chest tri’s and legs. Can’t do anything after deadlifts.
