And work on your squatting form and joint mobility/stability on non-leg days.

You can hold onto a door knob to go really low and move from side to side at the bottom. As you drop try and correct form when it goes off before dropping any further.

You can use a band around your knees so you can push out against it.

When you get back to the weights superset leg extensions with squats so you can use a much lower weight when squatting.
