Ok, so whats the reason for the stretching? Dose it promote any sort of growth ( I can only assume through further muscle trauma).
I dont know a thing about DC training, mind you.
How long do you hold them for?
Do you perform them after each set or at the finish of a workout?
Should I stretch until I feel the strain or until I start pulling a funny face?
Will they put 4 inches on my upper arms in 30 days?
