I disagree with at lot of the points. I have an opinion just like the writer 🙂
Although there are definite truths in it like, Deadlifts and Squats, my experiences and previous readings have lead me to believe differently about things such as split workouts and following pro bodybuilders.
Maybe if I had superior genetics and was on steroids like the pros I could model their workout routines and do 70 sets for shoulders, but my recovery time would be weeks before the muscles would recover properly.
I recommend Stuart McRoberts articles and publications as he is a credible source and has a no bull attitude when it comes to weight training.
