HOME MADE CHOCOLATE PROTEIN BARS (SERVES

INGREDIENTS

200g oats
30g whey powder
1/3 cup coco (this is only if you don’t have choc protein)
2 tbl spoons peanut butter
3 egg whites
2 average size bananas
1 tbl spoon honey
100ml skim milk
1 tsp cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 180 deg
Mix the oats, whey and cinnimon.
Add peanut butter and stir in throughly
Add your 3 eggs, your mashed up banana and the honey and again, stir in really well whilst slowly adding the milk.
Once complete, spoon the mixture into a greased lined cake tray and smooth with knife until nice and level. (15 – 20mm)
Throw it in the oven for 15 or so minutes @ 180 deg.

Remove from oven and allow to cool (BEWARE! This is very hot and sticky) then cut into 8 or so bars.
