Well Mel, the old DC training gets harder and harder as time goes by. If you keep the log as DC says, youll find beating the previous weight a permanent uphill challenge.

Yur weights go beyond any thing you thought was possible into the realm called to freaking heavy. Even if you only increase by 2.5kg on lifts, it still starts getting into the undiscovered country. A true challenge for the more intermediate/advanced lifter.

If you can keep it up – youll definately get the muscle you wanted. DA

P.S Do the extreme stretching, or MASS wont work.
