Why don’t you just read all of the advice on this forum and then do the exact opposite. Stop weight training, stop eating and do lots of cardio you will soon start seeing your chest disappear. At the same time why don’t you start wearing black all the time, listen to EMO and of you’re lucky you may even fit into a pair of skinny leg jeans.

if a forum for muscle building gurus isn’t the right place to ask then im stumped.

Please pay attention to your own terminology here as you this is a “forum for muscle building” not whinging about getting too big.

Here’s a diet you might want to follow to achieve you “goal”.

Breakfast – Nothing, though if really hungry a piece of fruit or a yoghurt

Lunch – Salad Sandwich and a piece of fruit

Mid-afternoon – Packet of chips or a chocolate bar (as a “treat”)

Dinner – Pasta and tomato sauce followed by a piece of fruit.

That should do you – post some pics when you’re done so we can see your ribs :x
