Standing Smith Machine Curls ❗ It’s not just a towel rack.

Set the height of the bar to just below your shoulders. Then pick up the dumbbells or bar you’re curling with and stand with your back against the bar. No cheatin’ for you.

This works better than standing against a wall ’cause your elbows can move.

Added bonus. Piss of the dude who’s waiting to do quarter squats in the smith machine 😈
