Evening,

Been at it 2 weeks now 174cm 91kg 14.5″ arms

All 4 SETS
Bi’s

Straight bar curls
Incline dumbell curls
Cable curls

Rope hammer curls on back day

Tri’s
Dips
Rope Pressdowns(quicky follow with seat dips to failure)
One arm reverse grip pressdown

Tri pump easy but Bi dont pump so well on this routine…any reason????
