Here’s a good fat loss diet for ya Jack, eat;

1.0g/lbs. carbs per day
1.1g/lbs. protein per day
1 tablespoon of flax oil (14g) for every lbs. of body weight. per day

So you 93 kgs which = 204.6 lbs, so that’s;

205 grams of carbs (820 kcal) per day
225 grams of protein (900 kcal) per day
38 grams of flax oil (343 kcal) per day, which = a little less than 3 tablespoons per day.

Then divide it into 5 or 6 meals.

So for 5 meals that would be;

41 grams of carbs (164 kcal) per meal
45 grams of protein (180 kcal) per meal
With the flax oil you can consume it one serving.

This should be a good starting point. Buy your self some Accumeasure skin calipers which cost around $10, measure your results each week doing the 3 site test, punch in your measurements here http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/BodyComp.html
