All I do is some heavy hex bar work followed by these giggers,
except I use dumbells so i can just drop em and rep out under my own bodyweight once my legs are blazed.

With a couple of days of karate a week, anything more was making my legs to stiff and sore for kicking.

Interesting idea hanging those bells off a barbell with bands dont ya think?
