Legs goes like this at the moment-

2 x leg curl warm ups (2 plates)

3 x Squat or Hammer squat
Squat 140kgs 10-12reps
Hammer Squat 240kgs 10reps

3 x Leg Press or Lunge
Leg 7 plates a side 8 reps
Lunge Dumbbells 30lbs-walk until you fall 😆

Stiff legged Deadlift 3 sets 140kgs 6-8 reps
I will train heavy until the joints ache and then I’l have a light week or miss legs for a week.
