Well my knees are still giving me grief.

So this is all I can manage.

Squat below parallel 30s rest 80kg 10 sets 4 reps.

Bodyweight Bulgarian split squats 3 x 8

Leg extensions 2 x 35kg rep out (25-35).

SLDL 120kg 4 x 10 1min rest – with wrist straps though!

Seated leg curl 70kg 3 x 10

Calves – whatever I fell like 🙂
