I find with legs I can’t do any other muscle group on the same day because I am absolutely rooted. If I don’t go heavy on legs I find mine don’t grow. I have been at the stage after doing leg press of feeling really faint and having to sit down again before I pass out. I think it must have something to do with blood pressure or something when you have pushed out a really heavy set.
