Ill have to think about that KM, and i will. (not just saying that)
With those lifts chad, ill have to perform 155kilo bench for 5, and 222kilos for Squats and deads for 5. Thats what I’m aiming for as of now.
I’ll be honest, I like the strongman stuff, but I’m not into it personally. Like the farmers walks and atlas stones and so forth. If I aim for powerlifting thats involves the 3 main lifts does it?
Come to think of it, I have no idea about either sport.
