Ok well that chiropractor ended up being a total wanker. I had seen him for 3years and put trust in him, and they just end up treating u like an money dispenser… anyway getting on with it….. lifts right now are…

Squats 180kg x 5
Bench 127kg x 5
Deadlift 200kg x 5

These are absolute max’s. I build up to that set. I couldnt repeat them again after.
