This is alittle presumptuous of me, but I can’t hold it in anymore. By friday next week, I should be squatting 170kilos for 5!!! (no failing) I’ve very excited.

I took stormtroopers advice and switched to riptoes to see if it works for strength gaining, and by hell it does. Its super basic and easy to follow. Will let everyone know how I went.

I was doing DC training, which is great, but after riptoes I’ll cycle back to it.
