Hi guys, my past lifts are:

Bench press(geared, 1 ply shirt): 220 kilos
Squat(geared): 300 kilos
Deadlift (geared): 280 kilos
@120 kilos

That was during my powerlifting days

Now, Im competing in cage fighting events so i focuse on MMA more, and do more explosive training, I did a 410 kilo chain yolk carry and ive also done over 70 frog leg jumps which absolutely killed.

I want to train strongman style but cannot find training places in melbourne or sydney.

Oh well, off to training i go!!
