I am punching out some impressive weight again so I’ll inform youse of my progress.

Bench 140 – 132.5 with pause x 1
Squat 180 x 2
Deadlift 180 x 8

I’m fluctuating between 102 and 104, tis the season to be jolly thats fer sure ha ha. BF is at a good level and top 4 abs are showing nicely. I can’t belive my progress at the moment.

Supps:
– WPI
– Creatine
– Nitric oxide (every now and then)
– Caffeine and shit loads of clean spaced food.
– L- Glute
