160kg rack deadlift x 18 (lifted from just below knee)
This i just got back to doing, from being sick, now i can go onto new PB’s
157.5kg squat x 7
These are my latest. I’m annoyed at the squat, as a 155kg 9 times, is stronger. The deadlift felt good, and i felt stronger then that, so its going up 10lbs next workout.
