My Bests are as follows.
Bench 200kg 2 reps
Squat to parrallel – 220kg
all the way done – 160kg
deadlift – 260kg
barbell curl (cheat rep – no spot jus swing) – 100kg
Dont move that weight anymore – main reason… i couldnt be bothered!
I like training more for a pump and feel. Although I will max out on one exercise per muscle group per workout.
