about 30 – 32weeks. thats about 5 cycles on the mn routine. I would suggest after each cycle to take an entire week off then start again. Im contemplating MN again, just too see how it works with all the strength gains ive made. You never know.

Dave996: MM was on 2 pages of roids, he had the testosterone to grow, and when your on steriods, it doesnt matter what training principle you are using. Who has taken a recommended cycle of juice and not grown???
I might add ive been doing HIT since the start of the year, i then did my shoulder in, took time off, restarted some light volume training, then went back into HIt until now. Im also smaller now then i was at the start of the year.
