Interesting but a little of topic.

Newbs would be best served with concentrating on diet and training with whey and creatine as supps for around workout.

Once they’ve sorted their diets and training then they could try something like tribulus. In my experience it does seem to influence behavior in a way consistent with high T but there’s no published evidence that it raises T.

If anyone wants to discuss this further start another topic.
