I a big fan of whole eggs although I wouldn’t consume with a lot of high GI carbs. For someone with good carb tolerance low GI carbs with a mixed meal should be fine. I have 3 whole eggs (poached) with cheese on 1 slice of wholemeal toast every day.
There’s a huge debate about raw eggs and shakes. The only thing that puts me off is that like unbuff I’ve come across a few stinkers over the years.
