Here goes – this is approximately my everyday shake (not post-workout)

45 – 50gm WPC (Myopure of course)

anywhere from 25gm to 70gm Sustagen, depending on the day (carb cycling ala Thibaudeau), mixed by me – Dutch Chocolate and Vanilla

heaped teaspoon Milo for the taste

giant/over heaped teaspoon ground flaxseed

1/4 teaspoon of baking powder

flat teaspoon real Stevia ground leaves for a sweetener

Give the blender a whirl in it & swill it down.
FOR ME THATS A HAPPY MEAL. DA
