A meal about an hour – an hour and a half before working out or a small amount of pre-workout protein before the workout / not both. In other words a moderately empty stomach with just enough fuel for 45 mins in the gym.

+ no cell volumizer or pre workout creatine supp

+ 1 hour before workout doing nothing…just clearing my head and meditating or relaxing…and im not talking about driving home from work or on the train etc..Just sitting in a chair clearing my head and relaxing

the above works well for me personally. I perform well in the gym when i do this. not exaclty like a maniac..but close.

what im trying to say is that its something to do with a not so full stomach.
