Yur list of exercises doesn’t include Deadlifts, you could alternate the squats with deads and get the benefit of bulking from both over 2 weeks.

On the deads day the straight leg dead could be swapped for another type of calve raise – so straight leg and bent leg calve work is done in double sets. DA
