Core exercises: The 3 mains ones are Deadlifts, Squats, Benchpress.

We all have 6packs, the reason u dont see them on most people is that they’re covered in a nice layer of fat. So diet is the key to abs.

Personally, I think kinmassives workout has too much volume and too many exercises for someone who hasnt trained. Who am I, but I’d suggest a 3day fullbody a week, or simple 3day split. You can find them in the sticky section of “workout programs” in bodybuilding.com
