This program has advanced exercises that a beginner shouldnt be using. coupled with bad form (unless you have someone who knows what they are doing helping you) you’re setting yourself up for injury/crap results.

Also has alot of isolation exercises which wont do a beginner much good.

(when i mean beginner, i mean anyone who has less than 2-3 years experience working out frequently)

Training frequency is way too much….i couldnt imagine even walking after doing that workout 4 times a week…if i had to play a soccer match or train id get my ass booted off the team for not being able to move.
