When ever I reach a sticking point I put what ever weight on the bar(at the end of my set)I want to lift+ a slight bit more. Then just handle the weight until it doesn’t feel weird any more-take the extra off and try my goal weight…always worked-my old training partner upped his squat using this method from 350lbs to 400lbs.
