Have protein with every meal especially breakfast. High Gi carbs like vita brits are probably okay if you’re on the skinny side
9:30 – 10 Carbs… Bread/Potatoes/Noodles.
Ouch. This is a recipe for skinny fat.
I didn’t see any good fats in your diet. Make sure you get enough of them.

Why, do you want to become a jockey? I know I’m being pedantic but language frames our behavior in powerful ways.
You want to lose fat. Otherwise your goal of adding muscle is contradictory.
Look to burn extra calories through weight training rather than cardio. Cardio is useful but I wouldn’t do it if I had a tendency to lose muscle.
