You’re waking up in the morning after fasting all night and you don’t have any protein till lunch time. Not good.

I think you’d do better if you had protein with every meal. A protein shake just before your morning training would probably be a good idea.

Then make sure you have some protein with your breakfast. I think that’s already been mentioned above.

If you need to drop calories cut back on carbs you’re eating late in the day.
