I’m guessing 15% might be the common point where most would switch from bulking to cutting. Who has done it and how long did it take ?
At the moment, I just can’t imagine losing 8 – 10 kgs in as many weeks.

I’ve done something similar and it took 12 weeks to drop a total of 8kg. One protein and carb meal in the morning and P + C around workouts but otherwise carb free.

You’re looking to loose 5kg of fat so half a kg of fat per weeks doesn’t sound to hard. In theory 😉
