Mix your own is best. You can get all the blended protein mixes out of the basic powders you choose and concentrate on just adding the one that you like best. No more need to put up with 25% whey conc, 20% isolate 40% soy protein, and some percent of CC etc. Also you will find that most additive sweeteners and tastes come from things you can get in bulk. Things like Splenda, Stevia etc as sweeteners and Milo, Sustagen etc as basic carbs.

The beauty of this is the fact that 3x levels of adjustments get real easy to work out, after using this method for a while, I.E Bulking, Maintenence and Cutting adjustments to the shakes macro’ calories. DA
