im not actually gonna do this but i found somewhere and was wondering if you could comment on it, being on a full body routine and all.
Winch Power Session
Cleans 4 sets 70%1rm 5 reps
Sit Ups 4 sets Incline BW 5 reps
Bent Over rows 4 sets 70%1rm 5 reps
bench Press 4 sets 70%1rm 5 reps
Squat 4 sets 70%1rm 5 reps
Power Snatch 4 sets 70%1rm 5 reps
its supposed to be performed once a week for a marked increase in overall power – what do u think?
i like the look of it, the only thing i would watch which i have found is the key to full body is speed. but not speed in relevance to how fast you can do the exercise but maintaining the same speed for the overall sets and reps with as minimal rest in between sets.
