Try this Kinetic

Four sets of dumbell curls increasing the weight to a final set of 8-10

One set as follows

Get a light EZ curl bar. (I use about 25kgs total)
Bend forward at the waist until the bar is just above the ground.
Curl it in that position until the pain stops you.
Rest at the bottom of the movement without resting the weight on the ground orfully extending the arms. (So that there is still tension in the biceps.)
After a few seconds rest, go again
And again

Go home.

They probably won’t ache for two days, but they should grow.
