Just trying to reach my full potential in a lacking area

Besides that as you know there are various excersises which are dependant on the wrist, forearm and biscep for their execution. Do you think that if the wrist and biscep were bigger it would make these excersises e.g. back row? easier?Would this direcly relate to the growth of the back ? ofcourse! because you would have more control and be able to lift more!

John McCallum’s formula

this provides a challenging yet realistic guide for indicating full-size
potential of male gainers. Here it is:
chest: 6.5 × wrist
hips: 85% × chest
waist: 70% × chest
thigh: 53% × chest

neck: 37% × chest
upper arm: 36% × chest
calf: 34% × chest
forearm: 39% × chest

You can measure your wrist just above the bone that protrudes on the little finger side of your wrist (the styloid process of the ulna), i.e., on the elbow side, as McCallum advised, or just below (on the hand side). If taken below that styloid process, your wrist girth will likely be a little less than what it is when measured above the bone, and so produce a slightly reduced set of muscular girths. Be consistent with how you measure your wrist, and all
your other girths.

Another method is using Willoghby’s formula

Here is how Willoughby advised the measurements to be taken: Wrist
below the styloid process of the ulna (i.e., on the hand side of it) and with
the hand open; all leg girths to be taken with the legs straight but relaxed,
including ankle at the smallest part, knee across the center of the knee cap
and thighs at the largest circumference; waist at the smallest point without
pulling the waist in; hips at the largest point, with feet together; chest at the
level of the nipples (not expanded); upper arm flexed at the largest point;
forearm at the largest point, clenched; and neck at the smallest part; height
in bare feet; weight unclothed. ie girths in the table are based on the average
